If you purchase something from
Rareelectrical
This could happen to you
Recently I purchased a Starter from Rareelectrical, they shipped a substitute and when it did not work I was charged a 20 percent restocking fee.  I will let you decide if this was a fair move on their part or not.
First a quote from their Return Policy:

"It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct application information prior to purchasing any product from RAREELECTRICAL."
In the top picture you can see I purchased this starter on February 4, 2017,  It shows the picture of my starter that needs replacing and it shows the part number.  What more could I do to determine this is the correct starter.
The bottom picture is the substitute they sent.  They say it works on my engine, it may work on some engines like mine but not my configuration.  Since it is a substitute that did not work, I feel I do not owe the restocking fee.
Atlanta Georgia Better Business Bureau gives them 2 out of 5 stars for a rating of C minus
